All withdrawals, changes and requests for refunds/credits of fees paid must be requested in writing via email,
by fax, or in person at the main office.
Withdrawal from a class less the five (5) working days from the start of the class will incur an administrative fee.
Once a class has started fees will be pro-rated up to a maximum of 50% of the fee. No administrative fee will be charged for changes
from one program to another at a different date, time or session.
