Greater Vallejo Park, Recreation & Open Space Foundation
The Greater Vallejo Park, Recreation, & Open Space Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, incorporated in 1994, specifically to initiate, sponsor, promote, and carry out plans, programs, policies, and activities that further the park and recreation objectives of the Greater Vallejo Recreation District and to solicit, receive, administer and disburse funds for the accomplishment of those purposes.
Thanks to donations to the foundation, GVRD has been able to fund free community events such as Thumper's Drive-Thru Eggs-perience, Shakespeare in the Park, Parks 'N' Rex Day, Movie Nights, and more!
GVRD has helped families during Thanksgiving, offered coats and warm weather clothes, provided Christmas presents to children, and brought Santa on visits to families.
We count on your support, thank you for your generosity!
Donations made to a 501(c)(3) charity may be tax deductible, please seek advice from your tax professional.
