Subject: Greater Vallejo Recreation District thanks Stacey Kennington for her service on the Board of Directors.

 Stacey Kennington submitted her resignation from the Board of Directors effective April 30, 2024. Appointed by County Supervisor Monica Brown, Director Kennington joined the GVRD board on July 1, 2023. She was appointed to finish the term left vacant with the resignation of Ron Bowen as well as a full 4-year term. The current term will end in December 2027.

Stacey has been a valuable member of the Board and we appreciate her experience, thoughtful insights, and impactful guidance as a Board member. On behalf of the Board of Directors and GVRD, we thank Stacey for her service and commitment to the Vallejo community and we wish her all the best in the future.

The Board will recognize Stacey at the June 27th Board Meeting, which takes place at 6:30 pm at 401 Amador Street.
