Dan Foley is one of our principal parks in the GVRD system. It features a community center, fishing lake ( state fishing laws enforced- see California Department of Fish & Wildlife), natural grass baseball field (with lights), playground, and synthetic lighted soccer/softball field. For boating/kayaking on the lake please click the link on this page to apply for the required permit. Boat ramp opens at 9am.

Features: Foley Cultural Center, lighted baseball field, several large, reservable picnic areas with BBQ’s, open turf play areas, children’s play equipment, soccer field, basketball court, fishing dock, nature trail around Lake Chabot, off-street parking, restrooms.

*Jumper House allowed with paid reservation at all picnic areas.

PARKING FEES for Dan Foley and Blue Rock Springs Parks apply April-October (the first weekend following Easter through the Columbus Day Weekend). They are collected on weekends and holidays.
$6 per vehicle for district residents, $8 per vehicle for nonresidents.

Lakeview East

Lakeview West is located by the boat ramp.

Entire Lakeview

Entire Lakeview area
The entire Lakeview area can also be reserved for a total of 15 tables and 2 large BBQs. The area has a view of Lake Chabot and is near the fishing pier. It is handicapped accessible. This site has no shade and no children’s playground.
Fee: $222 ($284 nonresidents)

May contain: plant, tree, bench, furniture, grass, nature, outdoors, park, tree trunk, wood, and scenery
Meadows

Meadows
A secluded area at the end of a cul-de-sac. It has 5 picnic tables. There is one large BBQ. The site is next to a meadow that is perfect for badminton and volleyball. It is conveniently located next to the parking lot. There are no electrical outlets. It is wheelchair accessible
Fee: $105 ($135 nonresidents)

Mountain View

Mountain View
This large group area has 16 tables and 2 large BBQ pits with shady trees nearby. The spot sits beside a large grassy field with restrooms and a children’s play area. Visitors will find the convenience of handicapped parking and a drop-off zone.
Fee: $236 ($308 nonresidents)

Willow Glen

Willow Glen
3 picnic tables and 1 medium BBQ. There is some shade and parking is available
