The Greater Vallejo Recreation District (“GVRD”) is soliciting responses to this Request for Proposal (RFP) from qualified individuals or entities to provide full project management, design/engineering, contract support, grant management, and construction management services to deliver the GVRD’s Franklin Recreation Center Park (School Park Improvements Project) (the “Project”), funded by State of California 2002 and 2018 Resources Bond Act Statewide Park Development and Community Revitalization.

Greater Vallejo Recreation District (the "District") is committed to ensuring that its services are accessible to all
